
Rules & Regulation for Admissions

The candidates should bring all original certificates/documents with attested copies of the testimonials at the time of admissions.

copies of recent photograph (passport size) attested by the Principal of the Institution last attended to be pasted on the space provided in the application form.
3. Candidates should fill the application form in their own handwriting.
4. Admission will be in accordance with rules and regulations of MGS University,Bikaner .
5 . Candidates should submit the completed application form along with one Xerox copy & other documents of the following
-
10th,12th & Graduation/under Gradution Mark Sheet and Certificates
-
Passport size 2 photoes
-
Copy Of SC/B.C /OBC Certificate
-
Minority certificate if applicable
-
Migration certificate in respect of students from other universities /Boards/other States.
-
Bonafide and Conduct certificate of intermediate and School (for integrated students.)

Affidavit by student
-
GAP Certificate if applicable
-
Character certificate/ TC from the institution last studied.

Residental Certificate
6. All original certificates must be submitted to the college at the time of admission for verification.
7. Optional subjects and second language once selected cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the University.
8. All the University fees should be paid by the students only
9. If any student wishes to cancel his/her admission, he/she would be required to pay the total fees for that academic year whether the student has attended any class or not.
10.No one who is already in employment (whole time or part time or in honorary capacity) shall be admitted to the B.Ed. & Integrated (regular) Course in any Institution of Education without taking leave from the employer for full academic session.
11.It will be the responsibility of the candidate to make sure of his/ her eligibility for admission before applying for the Course. If on verification at a later stage, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility conditions, his/ her candidature will be cancelled and he/ she will have no claim whatsoever against the University/ Institution and the Fee deposited by him/ her is liable to be forfeited.
12.In case of any ambiguity in the rule, interpretation of the same by the University shall be final.
13.Once a student has enrolled for the course seat will be reserved against his/her name and the student will be liable to pay the full fees for the same.
